All commissioned work is non-refundable as it is a custom piece of artwork that I would not be able to re-sell.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
If goods arrive damaged in transit then please contact me immediately to explain the issue. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Please send digital photos of the damage to the outside of the parcel as well as photos of the damage to the print itself. These photos are essential in order to claim a refund from the delivery company. Once I have received the photos I will be happy to look into it and offer a refund or replacement.
The delivery company is only responsible for the delivery on the parcel in transit so if the print was damaged after it was delivered to a safe space or a neighbour then this is no longer covered by their insurance policy and I will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
All parcels are sent via tracked post.
Refunds or Returns of Unwanted Goods
If you are unhappy with the product(s) you have 48 hours from when you receive it to contact me and let me know why you want to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for me to find the proof of purchase.
Please return all items in the protective packaging in which you received it. The cost of returning the parcel is the responsibility of the customer and the items must be returned within 7 days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item. If you return an item(s) and it never arrives to me, then I cannot offer a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds and returns only apply to prints or cards, not to original pencil drawings or commissions.
